Mirizzi综合征的诊治

目的探讨Mirizzi综合征的诊断与外科手术选择。方法对经手术证实的38例Mirizzi综合征进行回顾性分析。结果术前确诊14例,38例均经手术治疗,单纯胆囊切除24例,胆囊切除 T管引流13例,胆肠吻合1例。结论Mirizzi综合征术前确诊困难,ERCP、MRCP检查可提高Mirizzi综合征的术前诊断率,手术是治疗的主要方法,手术方式取决于局部病理损伤程度和解剖变异。

Diagnosis and treatment for Mirizzi syndrome

[Objective] To investigate the methods of diagnosis and surgical operation for Mirizzi syndrome. [Methods] A retrospective analysis of 38 cases with Mirizzi syndrom was adoped. [Results] 14 cases were diagnosised before operation. Total 38 cases patients were performed with operation. 24 cases endured cholecystectomy. 13 cases of operation patterns cholecystectomy add T tube. 1 case was made with the Roux-y hepaticojejunostomy. [Conclusion] It's difficult to diagnose Mirizzi syndrome before operation. ERCP and MRCP can improve diognosis, and surgical operation is the main way for this disease. Surgical operation methods lie on the degree of local pathology damnification and aberrance of anatomise.
