| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨糖尿病足中医辨证分型与血管细胞核增殖相关抗原的表达差异。方法:对32例截肢的糖尿病足患者按中医辨证分为气血两虚瘀阻证、脉络瘀热证、脉络热毒证和气阴两虚瘀阻证,分别对截肢肢体的胫后动脉应用免疫组化法进行细胞核增殖相关抗原的表达观察、分析。结果:Ki67的阳性表达与糖尿病足动脉硬化闭塞程度呈负相关,与血管炎症病变程度呈正相关。结论:炎症在糖尿病大血管病变过程中起了重要作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To research the contrast expression between differentiation of the syndromes of TCM and ki67 in diabetic foot.Methods:32 cases with diabetic foot were divided into stagnant deficiency of both qi and blood type,blood stssis in collaterals type,stagnant heat in collaterals type,heat toxin in collaterals type and stagnant deficiency of both qi and yin type according to syndrome differentiation in TCM.Analyzing Ki67 of postartery of tibia after amputation with immunohistochemistry method.Results:Positive expression of Ki67 is showed negative correlation comparing with arteriosclerosis degree with diabetic foot,and it is also showed positive correlation comparing with vasculitides degree.Conclusions:Inflammation play an important role in diabetic macroangiopathy. |
