| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨社区护理干预对乡镇糖尿病病人遵医行为的影响.[方法]将110例病人按出院顺序随机分为干预组和对照组,每组55例,两组病人住院期间均接受了糖尿病知识的健康教育,干预组出院后进行护理干预,对照组未施加任何影响,1年后比较两组的遵医率.[结果]干预组糖尿病病人的遵医率高于对照组,血糖值明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01).[结论]社区护理干预可提高糖尿病病人遵医率及降低血糖,从而提高糖尿病病人的生活质量.

| Abstract: | Objective:To probe into the influence of community nursing intervention on treatment compliance behaviors of diabetes mellitus patients.Methods:A total of 110 patients were divided into intervention and control group based on their discharging sequence,55 cases each.Patients of both groups accepted health education on DM knowledge during their hospital stay.Nursing intervention was carried out for intervention group cases after discharging,whereas no any measures were given for control group cases.After one year,the treatment compliance rates between both groups were compared.Results:The treatment compliance rate of patients in intervention group was higher than that of control group,and blood sugar value of them was much lower than that of control group,(P<0.01).Conclusion:Community nursing intervention can improve treatment rate of DM patients and lower their blood sugar,and then enhance the quality of life of DM patients as well. |
