活心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛临床观察

目的观察和探讨活心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法180例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别采用活心丸和长效硝酸甘油片进行治疗,并进行疗效对比。结果治疗组缓解临床症状总有效率88.89%,对照组为81.11%(P>0.05);心电图心肌缺血改善治疗组总有效率68.89%,对照组总有效率为54.44%(P>0.05);但治疗后治疗组证候积分下降较对照组更为明显,治疗组优于对照组。结论活心丸治疗冠心痛心绞痛疗效确切、起效快,可明显改善患者全身症状。

Clinical Observation of Huoxin Capsule on Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of Huoxin capsule on angina pectoris of coronary atherosclerosis heart disease (CAHD). Methods 180 cases with CAHD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with pentaerythritol tetranitrate and the treatment group with Huoxin capsule. Curative efficacy was compared between treatment and control group. Results The total effective rates of symptomatic improvements in treatment group and control group were 88.89% and 81.11%. The total effective rates of electrocardiogram improvements were 68.89% and 54.44%. There were not significant differences (P>0.05). After treating, the accumulating points of syndrome of the treatment group dropped more, the treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusions The curative effects of Huoxin capsule on angina of coronary arheroselerosis heart disease is exact. It can take effect quickly and improve the whole symptom of the patients noticeably.
