快速斑点免疫金染色法检测抗日本血吸虫抗体方法的建立与初步应用

目的 建立简便、经济和敏感、特异的快速免疫学诊断方法。方法 将日本血吸虫可溶性虫卵抗原点加于混合纤维素酯微孔滤膜，以快速斑点免疫金染色法(F—Dot—IGS)检测日本血吸虫病患者血清抗体。结果 初步结果显示，共检测55例日本血吸虫病患者血清抗体，阳性率100％；检测40例义务献血员血清均为阴性；50例肝吸虫病患者血清，l例出现阳性反应，交叉反应率为2．0％；10例肺叹虫病人血清末见交叉反应。结论 本法快速，更为简便、经济，有较高的敏感性和特异性，适于基层、流行病学调查和临床快速诊断。

Establishment and primary application of fast dot-immunogold staining for detection of antibodies to Schistosomiasis japonica

Aim To set up a simple,economical and fast immunoassay for detection of antibodies in the patients with Schistosomiasis japonica Methods The soluble egg antigens of S japonicum were added onto mixed cellulose ester micropore filter membrane,then the serum antibodies against S japonicum were detected by the fast dot immunogold staining assay (F Dot IGS) Results All of the 55 confirmed cases of Schistosomiasis japonica showed positive reaction to the F Dot IGS The 40 healthy controls,and 10 paragonimiasis,all showed negativereactions,but 2 0% cross reaction occurred with the sera of 50 cases of clonorchiasis Conclusion The primary result shows that the F Dot IGS is a fast,simpler and more economical assay with higher sensitivity and specificity,available for application in field situations and rapid diagnosis
