| 摘 要： | 摘要] 目的：观察督灸疗法对慢性阻塞性肺病缓解期肺肾气虚证的临床疗效。方法：将210例慢性阻塞性肺病缓解期患者随机分为治疗组108例和对照组102例，在常规西医治疗基础上，治疗组加用督灸疗法，疗程3月，观察两组症状积分变化、有效率、肺功能。结果：治疗组总有效率为90.7%，能显著改善慢性阻塞性肺病缓解期的临床症状及肺功能，较对照组有显著性差异（P＜0.01），治疗组治疗期间未发现明显不良反应。结论：督灸疗法能有效改善慢性阻塞性肺病缓解期肺肾气虚证患者的临床症状及肺功能，无明显不良反应。
