摘    要:本文以磷酸盐缓冲液-甲醇(27:73)为流动相,在C18柱上分离测定醋酸麦迪霉素。除主组分外,日本产品尚可分离到8个小组分,国内试制品可分离到5个小组分。流动相甲醇浓度及柱温对MA的保留及分离有较大影响。以苯丙酸诺龙为内标物定量测定,线性关系良好。麦迪霉素、交沙霉素、吉他霉素、乙酰螺旋霉素等均不干扰对MA主组分的测定。

Abstract:Midecamycin acetate(MA)was separated and assayed on a YWG-C_(18) column,using phosphate buffer and methanol(27:73) as mobile phase; The results showed that there were eight minor components besides the major one in Japanese products and there were five minor components besides the major one in home-made products.The concentration of methanol in the mobile phase and the temperature of the column had influence on the K'factor and the separation of MA. Using this chromatographic method and nandrolone phenylpropionate as internal standard,MA can be assayed accurately. Midecamycin,josamycin,kitasamycin,and acetylspiramycin have no influence on the assay of MA.
