清热凉血益气活血方治疗慢性肾小管间质损伤临床研究

目的 观察清热凉血益气活血方治疗慢性肾小管间质损伤的临床疗效。方法 将58例慢性肾小管间质损伤患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组28例；治疗组服清热凉血益气活血方，对照组服福辛普利钠片，疗程均为60d。观察两组临床疗效及尿微球蛋白（β2-MG），N-乙酰-β-D-葡萄糖苷酶（NAG）的含量变化。结果 治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为86．6％、60．7％，组间疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后治疗组症状积分明显降低（P〈0．05，P〈0．01），与对照组比较有显著差异（P〈0．01）；治疗后，两组β2-MG和NAG含量均降低（P〈0．05，P〈0．01），且治疗组的降低较对照组明显（P〈0．01）。结论 清热凉血益气活血方对慢性肾小管间质损伤有良好疗效。

Clinical stduy on "Qingre Liangxue Yiqi Huoxue Decoction" in treating chronic renal tubulo-interstitial injury

Objective To observe the clinical effect of ＂Qingre Liangxue Yiqi Huoxue Decoction＂ in the treatment of chronic renal tubulo-interstitial injury. Methods Fiftyeight subjects were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group in wich 30 cases were given ＂Qingre Liangrue Yiqi Huoxne Decoction＂ and control group in wich 28 cases were given Sodium Fosinopril tablets, with a course of 60 days. The clinical efficacy and urine β2-MG and urine NAG were observed. Results The total effective rote was 86.6% in treatment group and 60.7% in control group, with a difference between the two rates（P 〈0.05 ） ; after treatment, the symptom scores, the contents of urine β2-MG and NAG were reduced evidently（P 〈0.05 ,P 〈0.01 ） in both groups, with more signigieant reduction in treatment group than in control group（P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion ＂Qingre Liangxue Yiqi Huoxue Decoction＂ is quite effective for chronic renal tubulo-interstitial injury.
