电针治疗吸毒者脱毒后焦虑抑郁情绪临床观察

目的研究电针对海洛因依赖者脱毒后焦虑抑郁情绪的干预效应。方法将120例海洛因依赖者随机分为4组:针刺1组(夹脊穴、肾俞)、针刺2组(四肢穴)、模拟组和对照组,采用SAS和SDS观察治疗前及治疗4、8、10星期的变化。结果在治疗4、8、10星期,针刺1组、针刺2组的SAS、SDS积分与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。针刺1组与针刺2组的SAS差异有统计学意义,而SDS积分差异则无统计学意义。结论电针可明显改善吸毒者急性脱毒后的焦虑和抑郁情绪,电针夹脊穴在改善焦虑症状方面明显优于四肢穴位,在改善抑郁症状方面与四肢穴比较差异无统计学意义。

Clinical Study of Electroacupuncture Treatment for Post-withdrawal Anxiety and Depression in Drug Addicts

Objective To investigate the intervening effect of electroacupuncture on post-withdrawal anxiety and depression in heroin addicts.Methods One hundred and twenty heroin addicts were randomly allocated to acupuncture group 1(Jiaji points and Shenshu),acupuncture group 2(limb points),a simulated group and a control group.The conditions of the patients were assessed using SAS and SDS before and at 4,8 and 10 weeks after initial treatment.Results Statistical analysis showed that SAS scores and SDS scores in acupuncture group 1 and acupuncture group 2 were significantly different from those in the control group (P<0.01,P<0.05) at 4,8 and 10 weeks after initial treatment.There was statistically significant difference in SAS score but no in SDS score between acupuncture group 1 and acupuncture group 2.Conclusion Electroacupuncture can significantly improve post-withdrawal anxiety and depression in drug addicts.Electroacupuncture at Jiaji points were significantly superior to electroacupuncture at limb points in improving anxiety,but there was no statistically significant difference in improving depression between the two methods.
