580例药物滥用者流行病学调查分析

为了解南京市药物滥用情况，本文随机抽样调查和分析了近年来在我所自愿区和强制区治疗的南京地区药物依赖者５８０例，结果发现滥用者多为青年（２１－３０ａ，占７３．１０％）；男性多于女性（１．８７：１）；未婚者多（占６８．７９％）；职业以无业闲散人员居多（占６３．２７％），其次是个体商贩和工人（分别占１９．３０％和１６．８９％）；文化程度低（初中和初中以下占６７．７６％）；药物滥用史在１ａ内占５３．１０％；１－２ａ占２６．７２％，以后每年成倍递减；滥用方式以烫吸为主（占６１．２０％），其次为烫吸与注射混用（占３４．６５％），单独注射者较少（占４．１４％）；滥用品种主要为海洛因（占９９．４８％）；药物滥用程度以轻度为主（占７２．２６％）。本文对南京地区药物滥用的特点和有关预防问题进行了探讨

INVESTIGATION AND ANALYSIS OF 580 CASES OF DRUG ABUSERS

Since 1996, 580 cases of drug abusers living in Nanjing area were selected at random who were treated, either voluntarily or compulsorily in our clinic. Most of them (73.10%) were young people (21-30 a). There were more male than female (1.87:1); more unmarried (68.79%) than married. In occupation, the unemployed constituted the majority (63.27%), the next was small individual business men and workers (19.30% and 16.89%, respectively). The lower educated made up to 67.76%.The abuse history within one year accounted for 53.10%; one year to two years for 26.72%. In the model of abuse, most of them used the drugs by inhalation, the next inhalation along with injection(34.65%). Most of the drugs abused was heroin(99.48%) and most of them were mild abusers (72.26%). This article discussed the characteristics and prevention of drug abuse in Nanjing area.
