| 摘 要： | 目的 观察补肾方治疗肝肾亏虚兼湿热型慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效.方法 选取肝肾亏虚兼湿热型慢性乙型肝炎患者共60例,随机分为补肾方治疗组和苦参素对照组各30例,疗程6个月,并随访6个月.观察两组患者血清HBV DNA阴转率、HBeAg阴转率、HBV DNA滴度变化及肝功能、中医证候积分变化.结果 治疗组随访时HBVDNA滴度下降较对照组明显(P<0.05);半年疗程结束时治疗组肝功能指标改善(P<0.01,P<0.05),其中TBIL、GLB的改善较对照组明显(P<0.01);治疗组中医证候疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 补肾方治疗肝肾亏虚兼湿热型慢性乙型肝炎有较为明确的抗病毒疗效,且能改善肝功能及临床症状.
