| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对老年期痴呆患者的护理现状调查,为疾病预防治疗及护理提供依据,同时为本地区老年期痴呆患者护理研究提供重要参考资料。方法:对沈阳市8所养老机构护理痴呆老人的照顾者进行调查。评定老年期痴呆照顾者现状选用自制调查表。结果:调查敬老院护理人员47例,结果发现,护理人员存在文化程度低、专业水平低、岗位培训少、护理干预少的问题。结论:老年期痴呆患者缺少有针对性的护理和恰当的照顾措施,照顾者缺少护理专业人员指导和帮助,痴呆老人的生活质量受到严重影响。 |
