TSE和HASTE序列在上腹部T_2WI中的应用对比

摘    要:目的:评价磁共振TSE序列和HASTE序列在上腹部T2WI的应用价值,了解其各自的特点及临床应用价值。方法:使用Siemens Magnetom Avanto 1.5T磁共振成像仪对36例行上腹部MRI检查的患者分别行T2W-TSE-trig-ger、T2W-TSE-bh、T2W-HASTE-trigger和T2W-HASTE-bh扫描。由两位有丰富经验的高年资医生单独评价4组图像运动伪影,肝内外脉管显示的清晰度及图像的整体质量,并对结果进行统计学分析和处理。结果:4种成像序列的相对信噪比差异无统计学意义(F=1.388,P=0.259),但4种图像的呼吸运动伪影、肝内外血管显示及整体图像质量之间差异均有显著性意义。T2W-TSE-trigger序列肝内外血管显示优于其余3种方法(P=0.000~0.001);T2W-TSE-trigger的整体图像质量好于其余3种方法(P=0.001~0.022);T2W-HASTE-trigger组中图像的运动伪影最少,要好于其他3种方法(P=0.005~0.025)。结论:HASTE序列可以更好地抑制运动伪影,但T2W-TSE-trigger序列可得到较高的图像质量,同时对肝脏的解剖结构和细节的显示有一定的帮助。

Comparison of TSE and HASTE T2WI sequences in upper Abdomen study

Abstract:Objective: To compare free-breathing, navigator triggered T2-weighted turbo spin-echo sequence (T2- TSE-trigger) and half-fourier acquisition single-shot turbo spin-echo pulse sequences (HASTE) in upper abdomen study and evaluate their characteristics and clinical application. Methods:Thirty-six consecutive patients underwent the 1.5T MRI examinations using T2 W-TSE-trigger, T2 W-TSE-bh, T2 W- HASTE-trigger and T2 W-HASTE-bh sequences. Images quality were qualitatively evaluated by two radiologists regarding motion artifacts,depiction of intrahepatic and extrahepatic vessels on a four-point scale and analyzed. Results:The CNR was not significant different (F= 1. 388, P=0. 259), but the depiction and sharpness of intra hepatic and extra-hepatic vessels were significantly improved (P= 0. 000-0. 001) using T2 W-TSE- trigger when compared to T2 W-TSE-bh and T2 W-HASTE sequences. The image quality of T2 W-TSE-trigger sequence was better than the other three sequences (P=0. 001~0. 022. The motion artifacts from respiration and pulsation on the T2 W- HASTE images were better controlled than other three sequences (P=0. 005 ~ 0. 025). Conclusions: HASTE can minimized the respiratory movement artifacts in T2W imaging of the upper abdomen. T2 W-TSE-trigger has the best image quality to image the structure and its details.
