摘 要: | ![]() 目的:探讨高强度聚焦超声对肿瘤细胞的影响。方法:观察人体卵巢上皮癌细胞受不同强度和时间的超声辐照后,肿瘤细胞的急性死亡率及肿瘤细胞的形态变化,增殖曲线和倍增时间。结果:不同的生物学效应与HIFU的声功率,照射时间呈正相关,一定强度的声功率下,照射时间愈长,其生物学效应越明显。结论:高强度聚焦超声能灭活肿瘤细胞且能撕裂肿瘤细胞。

Temperature Rising Effectof High Intensity Focused Ultrasound |

Abstract: | ![]() Objective:To explore the effect of high intensity focusedultrasound(HIFU)on tumor cells.Methods:The mortality and morphologic changes of human ovarian epithilial carcinoma cells were observed after HIFU with different intensity and sonication duration.Results:There was positive correlation between biological effect and power of HIFU,focused domain and sonication duration.Under a definite power,the more time sonication spent,the more obvious biological effect existed.Conclusions:High intensity focused ultrasound can inactivate and dilacerate tumor cells. |
