| 摘 要： | 目的应用GC法建立太子参脂溶性成份指纹图谱,为太子参药材的质量评价提供依据。方法用GC对不同产地太子参的脂溶性成分进行分析,建立其指纹图谱。结果太子参挥发性成分中含有6个特征性指标成分,初步建立了以此6个共有峰为特征指纹信息的GC指纹图谱。结论方法准确可靠,重现性好,可用于太子参药材的质量评价。

GC Fingerprint of Liposoluble Constituent in Root Tuber of Pseudostellaria heterophylla |

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the analytical method for the fingerprint of the volatile componentsin the root tuber of Pseudostellaria heterophylla by GC. Methods The volatile components of the root tuber of P. heterophylla from different habitats were analyzed and the chromatographic fingerprints were established by GC. Results There were 6 main characteristic components of the volatile in the root tuber of P. heterophylla. GC Fingerprint of 6 common peaks was established preliminarily. Conclusion The method is reliable and accurate, and can be used for quality evaluation of the root tuber of P. heterophylla. with favourable reproducibility. |
