人工肛门气囊塞的研制

人工肛门气囊塞是用橡胶按生物医学工程要求设计模制成型,其外观呈菌状(蘑菇状)。它包括一个盖在人工肛门口上的菌伞和一个插入肛道内中空的菌柄,后者中段设一螺旋气囊球使之不被挤出肛道,这样既能间歇性排便,又能使气体通过菌柄内滤气设施排出。控制间歇性排便,是通过菌柄顶端安装的电子传感器,在其受压达到一定程度后,致使报警器发出呼号,通知病人可取塞排便。本装置已经过动物实验和临床应用取得满意效果

THE DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE OF A BALLOON COLOSTOMY OBTURATOR

A balloon colostomy obturator made of rubber is designed. It consists of a mushroom-like disc covering the artificial anus and a hollow tube-like obturator for inserting into the anal canal. The latter is kept unextruded in position with an inflatable balloon incorported around the tubeobturator. The balloon obturator does not collect but allow evacuation of solid stools at intervals and passage of gas at all times, through a filtering device in the hollow lumen of the tube-obturator. Intermittent evacuation of solid stool is controlled by an electronic transmitter installed inside the tube-obturator, which would alarm the patient to remove the obturator as a whole for evacuation of stool when enough of it accumulate and exert enough pressure on the transmitter to start the alarm. The device proves to work in animal experiment and clinical application in colostomy patients
