高龄白内障患者超声乳化人工晶状体植入术疗效分析

目的：探讨高龄白内障患者超声乳化人工晶状体植入术的临床疗效。方法：本科对50例65眼80岁以上的白内障患者施行超声乳化人工晶状体植入术,对其术后视力,术后并发症进行分析。结果：65眼中,术后最佳矫正视力≥0.5者15眼,0.3～0.4者33眼,0.1～0.2者11眼,〈0.1者6眼;无严重局部及全身并发症发生。结论：对高龄白内障患者行超声乳化人工晶状体植入术是安全、有效的。

Analysis of senility cataract patients phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation effect

Objective：To investigate the senility cataract patients phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation ef-fect.Methods：50 cases of 65 eyes of our department over the age of 80 cataract patients into the implementation of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation,their visual acuity,postoperative complications were analyzed. Results：The results of 65 eyes,best corrected visual acuity≥0.5 in 15 eyes,0.3～0.4 in 33 eyes,0.1～0.2 in 11 eyes,0.1 in 6 eyes;no serious local or systemic complications.Conclusion：Cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation is safe and effective for elderly patients.
