| 摘 要： | 目的研究不同尿酸水平与冠心病患者糖代谢状况的关系。方法根据尿酸水平将237例冠心病患者分为3组,即低尿酸组、尿酸正常组和高尿酸组,分析各组糖代谢状况,同时分析不同糖代谢状况患者的尿酸水平。结果新诊断糖尿病、总糖尿病和糖调节异常比例在低尿酸组(28.57%、65.71%及80.00%)和高尿酸组(35.14%、64.86%及86.49%)均显著高于正常尿酸组(17.58%、45.45%及67.27%)(P均<0.05)。结论低尿酸水平和高尿酸水平均与冠心病患者的糖代谢状况相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of different serum uric acid(UA) level on glycometabolic state in the patients with coronary artery disease(CAD).Methods According to serum UA level,237 CAD patients were divided into three groups,low UA group,normal UA group and high UA group.The glycometabolic state and UA in each group was analyzed.Results The morbidity of new diagnosed diabetes,total diabetes and impaired glucose metabolism were all significantly higher in low or high UA groups than those in normal UA group,respectively 28.57%,65.71% vs 80.00%;35.14%,64.86% vs 86.49%;17.58%,45.45% vs 67.27%(all P<0.05).Conclusion Both high and low UA levels are related to the glucose metabolism in CAD patients. |
