| 摘 要： | 弥漫性轴索损伤是外伤性脑损伤的严重形式之一,是造成患者死亡和致残的一个主要原因,由于轴索损伤的临床表现缺乏特异性,故影像学诊断越来越受到人们的关注。随着磁共振（MRI）硬件设备及软件技术的不断发展,MRI对弥漫性轴索损伤的诊断水平也在逐步提高,本文就MRI的各种序列对弥漫性轴索损伤的应用价值及前景作一综述。 |

| Abstract: | Diffuse axonal injury（DAI） is a serious form of brain injury,which is a primary cause of the death and disability of patients.The clinical manifestations of DAI lack specificity.Therefore the imaging diagnosis is attracting more and more attention.With the continuous development of MR technique,the MRI diagnostic level of DAI is also gradually improving.This article reviews the various MRI sequences for diagnosing DAI and predicts the future prospects of their application. |
