| 摘 要： | 目的探讨后路椎间加盖植骨联合椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症的临床疗效。方法选择该院2005年3月至2008年12月退行性腰椎滑脱症患者36例,采用后路环锯加盖椎间植骨联合椎弓根螺钉复位内固定术治疗。结果 36例均获得随访6~24个月,临床融合率为100%,临床疗效采用日本JOA下腰痛疗效评定标准,优21例,良13例,一般2例,优良率为94.4%。结论后路环锯加盖椎间植骨联合椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症是一种安全、有效、经济且并发症少的方法。
