| 摘 要： | 目的探讨云南省急性血吸虫病的流行特点，为制定防治对策提供依据。方法收集2002～2006年云南省急性血吸虫病例资料，分析急性血吸虫病人群、地区、时间分布和感染方式。结果2002～2006年共有7个县（市）发生急性血吸虫病128例，其中15岁以下儿童发病率较高，占62.50%；3～12月均有病例发生，6～9月为发病高峰期，主要感染方式为游泳嬉水和农业生产接触疫水。结论云南省急性血吸虫病以散发为主，儿童发病率较高，应加强健康教育，做好重点人群的防护。 |
