摘    要:本研究从流行性出血热(EHF)病毒抗原阳性的褐家鼠体表收集缓慢细蚤(Leptop-sylla segnis)、开皇客蚤(Xenopsylla cheopis),经反复冲洗后制备悬液,并接种小白鼠乳鼠,分别经3、4代观察,乳鼠表现特异的病状,有的死亡。其脑、肺组织应用IFAT检查EHF病毒抗原阳性。阳性鼠脑悬液再接种Vero E_6细胞亦呈阳性。因而首次证实缓慢细蚤、开皇客蚤能自然感染EHF病毒,其在流行病学中的意义应进一步研究。

First Isolated EHF Virus from the Fleas--Leptopsylla Segnis and Xenopsylla Cheopis
Abstract:In this paper, authors report the result of first isolated EHF virus from the fleas-Leptopsylla segnis and Xenopsylla Cheopis. These fleas were all collected on from thebody surface of R. norvegicus which had been detected EHF virus antigen in their lungs.After washing repeatedly,these fleas were made up a suspension inoculated to suckling mice brains After observing continuously to the 3 - 4 generations, we found that these mice showed the specific symptoms of EHF or die. By means of indirect immunofluorescent technique(IFAT), EHF viruswere detected respectively in their lung and brain tissues.Yero E6 cell inoculated these tissues with EHF virus also got the positive result. The first identification of the flea-Leptopsylla segnis and Xenopsylla Cheopis naturally infected by EHF virus has an important Epidemiological significance.
