额肌辨转移纠正上睑下垂三例报告

上睑下垂系指由于上睑提肌功能的减弱或消失,以致张眼时,上脸缘低于正常位置,部分或全部遮盖瞳孔;患者常抬眉皱额,视物困难,外形丑陋,可有单侧或双侧。百年来,关于上睑下垂的手术方法计有百余种之多,目前流行的有三、四种,但均有优缺点,至于重度下垂的治疗,更是难以满意。本文报告了三例额肌辨转移纠正重度上睑下垂。临床资料我科从1982年6月以来收治了三例上睑下垂的病人,其中二例男性,一例女性,年龄为40,26及20岁。

Treatment of Severe Ptosis with Frontal Muscle Flap (Report of 3 Cases)

There are more than one hundred operative methods for treatment for treatment of ptosis, among them three or four methods are most commonly used. None of these methods is completely satisfactory, espeeeially in severe form of ptosis. In the article three severe ptosis patients treated with frontal muscle flap are reported. The results of the opertion are satisfactory in short short and long-term follow-up. Operative procedures consist of separating frontal muscle from foreheab skin. sectioning its inner and lower margin and suturing it to tarsus while tracting downward. This done, the poor function of levator palpebrae superi- oris is compensated by conyraction of frontal muscle, in our experience, the opertion has some unique advantages and can be widely used.
