| 摘 要： | 目的探讨浓缩血小板输注治疗重症流行性出血热的疗效。方法选择EHF-IgM抗体阳性合并有明显出血体征及血小板<50×109/L的重型及危重型病例45例为治疗组,在对各期并发症的治疗基础上,一次足量快速输注同型血小板4～6单位;另回顾性抽取EHF-IgM抗体阳性合并有明显出血体征及血小板<50×109/L的重型及危重型病例50例作为对照组。两组进行病死率及尿素氮(BUN)复常天数的比较。结果病死率:治疗组为零,对照组12％,差异有显著性(P<0.05);BUN复常天数由20.45±7.36天降至14.33±4.70天,差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。结论有明显出血体征及血小板<50×109/L的重型及危重型EHF病人给予一次足量快速输注浓缩血小板,可以降低病死率并缩短BUN复常天数。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluated the therapeutic effect of concentrated blood platelet on serious epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF). Methods Patients with serious EHF were chosen to be surveyed, besides the treatment of complication, 45 of whom were infused blood platelet rapidly and 50 of whom were chosen to be control group. Result The mortality of the treated and control group was 0 and 12% respectively, and the recovery days of blood urea nitrogen (BUN) decreased from 20.45 + 7.36 to 14.33+ 4.70. Conclusion The rapid infusion of concentrated blood platelet for patients with serious EHF can reduce the mortality and BUN recovery time. |
