摘    要:
目的研究维司力农对培养鸡胚心室肌细胞内向整流性钾电流(Ik1)的作用。方法采用细胞贴附式膜片钳技术。结果1×10-5mol·L-1维司力农可抑制Ik1通道的稳态电导,同时使斜率电导从28.44pS降至10.77pS,Ik1通道的开放时间常数也缩短。结论维司力农对Ik1具有显著的抑制作用。这一效应可部分解释为何作为强心药的维司力农还同时具有抗心律失常作用。

Abstract:
AIM To investigate the effect of potassium current (Ik1 ) in cultured embryonic 1×10-5 mol·L-1 vesnarinone on inward rectifier chick ventricular myocytes. METHODS Using cell-attached patch clamp technique. RESULTS The steady conductance of Ik1 channel was inhibited, the slope conductance was decreased from 28. 44 pS to 10. 77 pS and the open time constant was also shortened. CONCLUSIONS Vesnarinone has an obvious inhibited effect on Ik1, which may partially explain why vesnarinone as a cardiotonic agent has antiarrhythmic effect.
