治疗胸椎小关节紊乱的手法技巧

胸椎小关节紊乱是骨伤科常见的非损伤性疾病,由于受损的节段和所波及的组织不同,表现除背痛外,临床上还会出现不同的内科症状表现,给患者带来许多痛苦,严重者还会影响正常的工作和生活[1].笔者自1997年9月一2000年4月从师郭宪和主任,治疗此病65例,均获满意疗效.

The rules of differentiating syndromes of this disease was explored from traditional Chinese medicine. The epidemic diseases of damp-heat type should be treated mainly by expelling the pathogenic factors from the exterior and purgation and Modified Dayuan Yin (Decoction with Direct Effect on Moyuan) can be selected. The epidemic diseases of summer-dryness type should also be treated mainly by clearing heat and toxin and Modified Qingwen Baidu Yin is suitable. SARS happened in China this time is similar to damp-heat type. It can be divided into early stage, middle stage, serious stage and recovery stage. There are plenty of experiences for preventing and treating epidemic febrile diseases in the treasure of Tradition Chinese Medicine. For the treatment of SARS, it need a further exploration and practice.
