胆红素特异性吸附治疗难治性高胆红素血症临床观察

目的：观察应用胆红素特异性吸附治疗难治性高胆红素血症的治疗效果。方法：随机抽取符合病例选择标准的患者11例进行胆红素特异性吸附治疗。采用常规综合治疗的同时加用胆红素特异性吸附治疗。结果：本组患者计11例进行胆红素特异性吸附治疗19例次，治疗后显效8例，好转2例，同时联合血浆置换、血浆酒流治疗顺利过渡到肝移植1例，总有效率100％。结论：胆红素特异性吸附治疗是一种重要的人工肝支持疗法，应用胆红素特异性吸附治疗难治性高胆红素血症可显著提高胆红素的清除牢。但对伴的高胆红素血症的重型肝炎患者不易单纯选用胆红素吸附治疗，应与其它人工肝支持疗法有机的结合起来。

The Clinical Observation of Treating Refractory Hyperbilirubinemia by Specific Bilirubin Adsorption

Objective: In order to see the effect of treating refractory Hyperbilirubinemia by specific adsorption.Methods:We have selected 11 patients observed by random.All the patients mere be treated by routine therapy and by specific bilirubin at the same time.Results:The patients were treated la times by specific bilirubin adsorption.8 cases were effective and 2cases were improved.One patient was cured by hepatic transplantation after combined treating with plasma exchange and plasma perfusion.The therapeutic efficacy was 100%.Conclusion:The specific bilirubin adsorption is an important artificial liver therapy.It Can highly improve the hyperbilirubinemia clearance rate.However,the patients of serious hepatitis with hyperbilirubinemia clearance rate.However,the patients of serious hepatitis with hyperbilirubinemia can not be treated singly by specific bilirubin adsorption.They should by treated
