王琦教授从湿热体质论治痤疮的理论探析

基于王琦教授"体质可分"、"体病相关"、"体质可调"的体质理论,痤疮的发病与湿热体质密切相关,痤疮的临床表现符合湿热体质特征,痤疮的病机要点以湿热体质为本,毒瘀痰结为标,主张从湿热体质论治痤疮。文章在分析痤疮的临床特征、发病的病因病机与湿热体质相关性的基础上,佐以王琦教授从清热利湿干预湿热体质论治痤疮的病例加以说明,从而显示出辨体论治在治疗痤疮中的临床优越性和指导意义。

Theoretical investigation of professer WANG Qi treating acne based on the damp-heat constitution

Based on the theory of "constitution can be divided","body disease-related"and"physical adjustable" of Professor WANG Qi,the pathogenesis of acne and damp-heat constitution closely related,the clinical manifestations of acne accord with damp-heat constitution features,the pathogenesis of acne based on hot-humid constitution and manifested by poison,stasis and phlegm together,and claims the point of view that treating acne should be from the damp-heat constitution.This paper based on the clinical characteristics,etiloogy and pathogenesis of acne,take the clinical case of professor WANG Qi in treating acne by clearing heat and exerting dampness intervention for damp-heat constitution type,for example,to show the superiority of treating acne based on body constitution and the guiding significance to clinical.
