| 摘 要： | 目的：优化静脉用药集中调配业务流程,为其管理提供思路与方法。方法：总结3个不同阶段的业务流程,查找问题,提出改进方案并对效果进行评价。结果：优化的业务流程使静脉用药集中调配在服务范围扩大近两倍、工作量增长59%的情况下,所配备固定员工反而减少7人,工作效率提高。结论：流程方案改革对静脉用药集中调配的运作起着至关重要的作用,需要不断改进优化。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To optimize the vocational process in pharmacy intravenous admixture service（PIVAS）,and provide ideas and methods for its administration.Methods：Based on summarizing vocational process during 3 different stages,the existent problems were found out.The improved scheme was put forward and the efficiency was evaluated.Results：After optimizing the vocational process,when the service scope of PIVAS was doubled and the workload was increased by 59%,the employees were decreased by 7 persons and the work efficiency was increased.Conclusion：Reform of vocational process plays an important role in the running of PIVAS.Further optimization needs to be carried out. |
