| 脑转移瘤的特殊CT表现 | |

| 摘 要： | 本文回顾性分析了３５例脑转移瘤的特殊ＣＴ表现及其病理基础和鉴别诊断。指出脑转移瘤可呈现部位特殊型：形态特殊型和其他少见的几种特殊ＣＴ表现。其主要由于转移途径及部位不同，转移灶生长方式不同和肿瘤内囊变，坏死，瘢痕形成及出血所致。 |

| Abstract: | The special CT features,pathological basis,and differential diagnosis of thirty-five casesof brain metastasis were studied retrospectively.The results showed that brain metastasis may have speciallocation,special morphology,and other special CT manifestations,These special features were caused by dif-ferent metastatic route,location and growth partern,also caused by cystic and necrotic change,scar tissueformation and hemorrhage within the tumor. |
