| 摘 要： | 选择非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）肾病气虚血瘀型３１例、气阴两虚型３０例，分别测定血浆血栓素Ｂ２（ＴＸＢ２）和６－酮－前列腺素ＦＩα（６－ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦＩα）。结果显示气虚血瘀型患者ＴＸＢ２明显升高，６－ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦＩα明显降低，与气阴两虚组比有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１～０．０５）。提示血浆ＴＸＢ２及ＰＧＦＩα的改变与ＮＩＤＤＭ肾病气虚血瘀证关系密切，并可作为ＮＩＤＤＭ肾病中医辨证分型的参考指标。

| Abstract: | NIDDM nephropathy patients were chosen in the study,of them 31 cases were Qi-deficency-Blood stasis type,30 cases were Both Qi and Yin deficency type,according to TCM diagnosis.The concentration of serum TXA 2 and 6-keto-PGF Iα in each patient were determined.It shows the concentration of serum TXA 2 in Qi deficency-Blood stasis group is significantly higher than that of controld and the concentration of serum 6-keto-PGF Iα is significantly lower than that of control.There are no difference of serum TXA 2 and 6-keto-PGF Iα in Both Qi and Yin,deficency group,comparing with the control.The result shows that the changing of the concertration of serum TXA 2 and PGF Iα is closely correlated with the type of Qi deficency-Blood stasis in NIDDM nephroathy patient.It can be used as the reference of TCM diagnosis. |
