摘    要:目的 观察白细胞过滤器预防输血反应的效果.方法 随机抽取保存期在3~7 d的72袋红细胞悬液过滤,检测滤除前后血细胞数.72例输血患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,在输血前、输血后作常规检查并记录体温、心率、血压、呼吸、血常规、尿常规及不良输血反应的发生.结果 72份红细胞悬液经过滤后,其白细胞数减少了99.3%,与过滤前相比,有极显著差异(P<0.01);而红细胞和血红蛋白数未见明显变化(P>0.05).输血前2组患者均无发热现象,但输血后对照组患者中有9例出现FNHTR反应,而观察组中无1例出现,2组间经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.05).进一步比较2组患者体温的变化,对照组的体温平均变化差与观察组有极显著性差异(P<0.01).结论 白细胞过滤器可有效预防输血反应的发生.

Abstract:Objective The effect of white blood cell filtrator was observed to prevent transfusion reaction.Methods 72 bags red cell suspensions of 3~7 days keeping time were randomly abstracted,blood cells of filter circa were detected.72 cases blood transfusion patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,routine examinations were done before and after blood transfusion and recorded body temperatures and heart rates and blood pressures and respirations and blood routines and urine routines and occurrence of dys-transfusion reactions.Conclusions After filtration,white blood cell populations of 72 portions red cell suspensions decreased 99.3% which had a very significant deviation(P<0.01);but red blood cells and hematoglobin numbers had any marked change(P>0.05).Two groups patients of before blood transfusion had no fever phenomenon,but 9 cases of control group and no any one of observation group had FNHTR reaction after blood transfusion between two groups had a significant deviation(P<0.05).and average change difference of two groups had a very significant difference(P<0.01).Results White blood cell filtrator could efficiently prevent transfusion reaction.
