上皮钙粘附素/连环素复合体在上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的表达及临床意义

目的 :探讨上皮钙粘附素 /连环素 (E cd/cat)复合体在上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的表达及意义。方法 :应用免疫组化SABC法检测 87例上皮性卵巢肿瘤中E cd、α 、β 、γ cat蛋白的表达情况。结果 :上皮性卵巢癌 (EOC)中E cd、α 、β 、γ cat的表达较卵巢交界性肿瘤及良性肿瘤明显减少 ;17例转移灶中各指标的表达较原发灶降低 ,但无统计学差异 ;E cd和各连环素的表达缺失或减少均与EOC的病理分级显著相关 ,但与临床分期无关 ;γ cat表达缺失或减少与腹水形成、腹腔广泛转移显著相关 ;联合检测复合体 ,部分或全部指标表达异常与临床分期、组织分化、有无腹水及腹腔广泛转移显著相关。结论 :E cd/cat复合体的表达异常与EOC的发生发展及转移密切相关 ,联合检测较单纯检测E cd更有助于评价EOC的生物学行为。

Expression of E-cadherin/catenin complex and its clinical significance in epithelial ovarian tumors

Objective:To study the expressions of E-cadherin (E-cd), α-, β-, γ-catenin (cat) and their significance in epithelial ovarian tumors. Method:Immunohistochemistry (SABC mehthod) was used to detect the expressions of E-cd,α-cat,β-cat and γ-cat in 87 cases of epithelial ovarian tumors.Results:The expressions of E-cad,α-cat,β-cat,and γ-cat in EOC were significantly lower than those in benign tumors and borderline tumors.The expressions of the complex in 17 metastatic lesions were lower than those in their primary lesions, but there were no significant difference.The expressions of E-cad,α-cat,β-cat and γ-cat were correlated with pathologic grade,but not with clinical stage. Abnormal expression of γ-cat was correlated with ascite, seeding metastasis. Abnormal expression of the whole complex was correlated with clinical stage, pathologic grade,ascite and seeding metastasis.Conclusion:The abnormal expression of E-cd/cat complex is correlated with the progress and metastasis of EOC, and it is beneficial for evaluating the cell biological behavior of EOC than detecting E-cd or catenins alone.
