摘    要:作者应用CCl_1、高脂低蛋白复合因素制造大鼠肝硬变模型,测定大鼠血氨基酸水平.结果表明.支链氨基酸(BCAA)水平明显降低,而芳香族氨基酸(AAA)明显增高,BCAA/AAA比值显著增高.这些变化与临床肝硬变患者的变化相一致,因此该模型对研究肝硬变时氨基酸失衡的机制以及筛选临床上行之有效的治疗肝硬变的药物,均有良好的价值.

Abstract:Serum amino acid levels were measured in cirrhosis model rats induced with CC14, high fat and low protein complex factors. The results showed that the levels of branch chain amino acids (BCAA)were markedly decreased,while those of aromatic amino acids (AAA)obviously increased,the BCAA/AAA ratio was significantly raised. Furthermore, the ammonia rose on a large degree. These changes correspondes well with those in patients with cirrhosis in clinic,and suggested that the model was of some value in investigating the mechanism of amino acid changes and the treatment of the cir-rotics.
