护理本科生自我效能感、人格特质与学业成绩的关系研究

目的探讨护理本科生自我效能感、人格特质与学业成绩的关系。方法采用一般自我效能感量表和艾森克人格问卷,对护理专业118名本科生进行问卷调查,采用多元回归分析自我效能和人格特征与学业成绩的关系。结果护理本科生一般自我效能感得分低于常模(P<0.01);人格特质4个维度中内外向高于常模(P<0.01),神经质、精神质、掩饰性低于常模(P<0.05);自我效能感及内外向、神经质、精神质3种人格因素对学业成绩有预测作用。结论护理本科生自我效能感及部分人格特质对学业成绩有一定影响,学校和社会应加强相关方面的措施,促进学生全面发展。

The relationships among self-efficacy,personality and academic achievement of baccalaureate nursing students

Objective To investigate the relationships among self-efficacy,personality and academic achievement in baccalaureate nursing students. Methods Totally 118 baccalaureate nursing students were investigated with General Self-Efficacy Scale（GSES） and Eysenk Personality Questionnaire（EPQ）. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to analyze the relationships among self-efficacy,personality and academic achievement. Results The score of self-efficacy among baccalaureate nursing students was significantly lower than the norm（P〈0.01）; the factor score of extroversion was higher than the norm（P〈0.01 ）,while the factor scores of neuroticism,psychoticism and lie were lower than the norm（P〈0.05）. Regression analysis showed that self-efficacy and extroversion,neuroticism and psychoticism influenced the academic achievement. Conclusion The self-efficacy and personality of baccalaureate nursing students can affect the academic achievement. Schools and society should take actions to promote the com- prehensive development of nursing students.
