| 摘 要： | 目的：观察低温等离子射频消融术治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法2010-01-2014-02应用经皮低温等离子消融髓核成形术治疗颈性眩晕病人51例，通过数字评分法（NRS）评价眩晕及伴随交感症状的改善情况，应用改良Macnab评价标准进行优良率和有效率评估。结果术后即刻及末次随访时，其中47例治疗后患者眩晕症状及伴随交感症状明显缓解，平均NRS评分较术前明显下降（P＜0.01）。结论低温等离子消融髓核成形术对治疗颈性眩晕不仅创伤小、安全性高，而且临床疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of percutaneous cervical nucleoplasty （PCN） in treating cervical vertigo. Methods Fifty-one patients with cervical vertigo were treated by PCN in our hospital from January 2010 to February 2014,the improvement of vertigo and sympathetic symptoms were evaluated according to the numeric rating scale（NRS） and the modified Macnab e-valuation criterion after surgery. Results The vertigo and sympathetic symptoms of 47 patients were relieved immediately after surgery and at the final follow-up,the NRS score of vertigo symptom at the final follow-up was significantly reduced（P＆lt;0.01）. Conclusion The PCN is a kind of safe and efficacious minimally invasive surgical technique for cervical vertigo. |
