光动力治疗尖锐湿疣疗效和影响因素分析

摘    要:目的探讨5-氨基酮戊酸光动力(AIA—PDT)疗法治疗尖锐湿疣效果和影响疗效相关因素。方法观察118例尖锐湿疣患者应用ALA—PDT治疗的疣体清除情况,以疣体是否完全清除为应变量,选择患者性别、年龄、发病部位、疣体宽度、疣体高度、等为自变量,进行多变量Logistic回归分析。结果ALA-PDT治疗3次后疣体的清除率为76.3%,复发率与传统微波治疗方法比较有显著性差异;Logistic回归分析结果示其治疗效果与尖锐湿疣发病部位、疣体高度等因素有相关。结论AIA—PDT治疗尖锐湿疣疗效好,不良反应轻微,复发率低,更适合外生殖器粘膜部位,疣体低平或簇状的尖锐湿疣患者治疗。

Results of treatment of condyloma acuminata with photodynamic therapy and influencing factors

Abstract:Objectives To observe the clinical effect of photodynamie therapy (PDT) with topical 5-aminolaevulinie acid (ALA) on condylomata acuminata and influencing factors. Methods ALA-PDT was used for treatment of 118 eondylomata aeuminata cases and the complete clearance rate of eondylomata acuminata was observed. Results The complete clearance rate was 76.3% after 3 times of ALA-PDT treatment. Conclusions ALA-PDT is an effective and minimally invasive way for treatment of condylomata aeuminata with low recurrence rate and the treatment is more suitable for genital mucosa,low and cluster eondylomata aeuminata.
