新生儿窒息时血中胃肠激素水平的变化及意义

目的　探讨新生儿窒息时血中胃肠激素水平的变化及意义。方法　用放免法测定３５ 例窒息新生儿和１５ 例正常新生儿血中胃动素（ ＭＴＬ） 和胃泌素（ＧＡＳ） 的浓度。结果　急性期ＭＴＬ 浓度增高，ＧＡＳ 浓度降低（ Ｐ＜ ０－０１） ，并与Ａｐｇａｒ 评分和病情轻重有相关性；恢复期ＭＴＬ 进一步升高，而ＧＡＳ 则恢复至正常。并发颅内出血者的ＭＴＬ 浓度及消化道出血者的ＧＡＳ 浓度与无此相应并发症者相比，差异均有显著性（ Ｐ＜ ０－０１ ，Ｐ＜ ０－０５） 。结论　新生儿窒息时消化系统的某些症状与血中ＭＴＬ 和ＧＡＳ 水平的变化有一定的关系。

Changes of blood gastrointestinal hormones and their clinical significance in neonatal asphyxia

Objective To explore the changes of blood gastrointestinal hormones and their clinical significance in neonatel asphyxia. Methods The concentrations of blood motilin (MTL) and gastrin (GAS) were measured in 35 asphyxiated neonatal and 15 normal neonatal by radioimmunoassay. Results In neonatal asphyxia the concentration of plasma MTL increased and serum GAS decreased at acute stage ( P< 0 01) and those correlated well with Apgar score and severity of asphyxia. At recovery stage the level of MTL was still higher than acute stage, but the level of GAS was return to normal. The concentrations of MTL in the patients accompanied by intracranial hemorrhage and GAS in the patients accompanied by gastrointestinal hemorrhage in comparison with no those states were obvious variance ( P <0 01, P <0 05). Conclusion The changes in level of blood MTL and GAS may be related to some symptoms of gastrointestinal tract in neonatal asphyxia.
