| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨儿童变应性鼻炎与细胞因子及免疫球蛋白的关系。方法：采用ＥＬＩＳＡ双抗体夹心法及单向免疫扩散试验，对４０例变应性鼻炎患儿进行了血清白细胞介素１（ＩＬ１）、白细胞介素２（ＩＬ２）及免疫球蛋白的测定，同时设健康同龄儿３０例为对照组。结果：变应性鼻炎组ＩＬ１、ＩｇＥ明显增高，ＩＬ２降低，与对照组比较有非常显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＭ无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：检测ＩＬ１、ＩＬ２、ＩｇＥ能对变应性鼻炎的诊断、治疗提供客观指标。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the relationship between allergic rhinitis and cytokines and Immunoglobulin (IgE) in children.THZMethods: The serum Interleukin1 (IL1),Interleukin2 (IL2) and IgE in 40 children with allergic rhinitis and 30 healthy children of the same age were measured by sandwich ELISA and single immunodiffusion levels of allergic rhinitis methods. Results: The IL1 and IgE were higher than those of controls while IL2 was lower than that of controls (P<0.01).There were no significant differences in IgG,IgA and IgM levels between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The determination of IL1,IL2,IgE provides objective indicators of the diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis. |
