慢性布鲁菌性脊椎炎和脊椎结核CT表现比较

比较慢性布鲁菌性脊椎炎和脊椎结核的ＣＴ特征以及对鉴别诊断的意义。材料与方法，对经临床确诊，Ｘ线阳性的１５例布鱼菌性脊椎炎和１７例脊椎结核患者作了ＣＴ扫描。其中６例布鲁菌病患者于６前前作过同部位ＣＴ扫描。结果：布鲁菌病骨破坏灶小而多发，多局限于椎体边缘，病灶周围明显增生硬化，新生骨组织中又有新破坏灶形成，椎间盘破坏，关节面增生硬化，相邻骨密度增高，少或无椎旁脓疡形成。

Comparative Study with Chronic Brucellar and Tuberculous Spondylitis CT Findings

Objective: To analyse CT findings of the brucellar spondylitis and the spinal tubrculosis and evaluation in differential diagnosis.Materials and Methods:15 cases of brucellar spondylitis and 17 spinal tuberculosis with confirmed clinical and positive X ray were examined by CT. In which, 6 brucellar spondylitis were examined by CT in same position 6 years ago.Results:The brucellosis: Multi focal small bony destruction, obvious osteosclerosed zone and in which recurented destruction, bone destruction limited to the vertebral rim, narrowing of intervertebral space, sclerosing of joint face, no paraspinal absess. The tuberculosis: destraction of vertebral body and intervertebral disc and formation of sequester, disc collaps, gibbus deformity, osteoporosis and paraspinal abscesses with and without calcifications. Conclusion: It is possible to distinguish the chronic brucellar spondylitis and the spinal tuberculosis basis on CT findings and clincal demonstration.
