| 摘 要： | 研究胆管癌患者胆管癌组织以及癌旁组织中白细胞介素(IL)-6及其受体IL-6R的表达水平及其之间的相关性,探讨二者与胆管癌临床生物学指征的关系.采用Western blot法检测40例胆管癌患者癌及其癌旁组织中IL-6及其受体的水平,分析IL-6及IL-6R与胆管癌临床生物学指征的相关性.胆管癌患者癌组织中IL-6、IL-6R表达水平较癌旁组织显著增高(P<0.05);IL-6、IL-6R胆管癌患者癌组织中的表达水平与患者肿瘤的分化程度、TNM分期、有无淋巴结转移以及临床分期和预后情况等临床生物学特征显著相关. IL-6及IL-6R很可能参与了胆管癌的发生发展,对其表达水平进行检测,有利于判断胆管癌的发生、发展和预后情况.

Expression of IL-6 and its receptor in cholangiocarcinoma and its clinical significance |

| Abstract: | To study the expression levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and its receptor (IL-6R) in cholangiocarcinoma and adjacent tissues of patients with cholangiocarcinoma, and to explore the correlation between them and clinical biology indications of cholangiocarcinoma. Western blot was used to detect the levels of IL-6 and its receptor in 40 cases of cholangiocarcinoma and the adjacent tissues. Compared to djacent tissues, IL-6 and IL-6R protein levels were significantly upregulated in cholangiocarcinoma tissues (P＜ 0. 05), and these levels were closely correlated with cholangiocarcinoma tumor grade, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis, and affect patients survival. IL-6 and IL-6R were likely tobe involed in the development of cholangiocarcinoma and reflect the degree of malignancy, invasion and metastasis. In clinical treatment, IL-6 and IL-6R may become the new targets for treatment of cholangiocarcinoma. |
