| 摘 要： | 目的：对比分析外固定、克氏针、重建钢板三种方法治疗锁骨中段移位骨折的临床效果。方法：对122例锁骨中段移位骨折进行外固定和内固定治疗，其中保守治疗39例，克氏针固定41例，重建钢板42例。结果：随访12个月～24个月。按初步骨折愈合评定标准，保守治疗组优良率为48．72％，克氏针固定组优良率为78．05％，重建钢板内固定组优良率为95．24％。结论：重建钢板内固定术适用于治疗锁骨中段移位骨折。
