婴儿轮状病毒肠炎家庭影响因素的累积比数模型分析

目的：探讨婴儿轮状病毒肠炎病程与家庭环境的相关关系,为婴儿保健门诊有针对性的开展健康教育提供依据。方法：对2009-05~2009-07某医院诊断为轮状病毒肠炎的762名患婴母亲进行自设计调查表调查,采用累积比数模型对家庭影响因素进行分析。结果：患婴病程的家庭影响因素为性别、月龄、喂养方式、家庭关系角色冲突、婚姻正常、扩展家庭、文化程度低、疾病家庭照顾差、家庭功能障碍。结论：应开展有针对性的家庭健康教育,改善婴儿患者者的家庭功能,同时应开展婴儿营养知识的普及活动。

POLYTOMOUS LOGISTIC REGRESSION ANALYSIS OF THE FAMILY INFLUENCING FACTORS AMONG SICK INFANTS WITH ROTAVIRUS ENTERITIS

Objective：To investigate the course of infants with rotavirus enteritis associated with family relation and infant health clinic targeted to provide a basis to carry out health education.Methods：May 2009 ～ July in a hospital diagnosed with rotavirus enteritis in infants and 762 mothers suffering from self-designed questionnaire survey,using the polytomous logistic regression analysis of the family influencing factors.Results：The family influencing factors are sex,months of age,feeding patterns,family relations, conflict of family, abnormality marrige, extended family, low level of education, poor family care and family dysfunction, Conclusion：We should be to develop targeted family health education, improving the baby＇s family function in patients with the same time, knowledge of infant nutrition should be carried out outreach activities.
