| 摘 要： | 目的 分析原始神经外胚层瘤(primitive neuroectodermal tumor,PNET)的临床特点、诊断、治疗方法和预后.方法 回顾性分析27例PNET患者的临床资料,其中19例行综合治疗,8例行非综合治疗.结果 27例患者均获随访,随访时间为8～65个月,总的生存期为6～63个月,中位生存期21个月.其中1年生存期为77.8%,2年生存期为48.1%,3年生存期25.9%.综合治疗中位生存期为29个月,非综合治疗中位生存期为14个月,2种治疗方法比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 PNET是一种高度恶性肿瘤,好发于青少年,病理检查是可靠的诊断方法,预后较差,综合治疗可有效地提高患者生存率. |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics,diagnosis,therapy and prognosis of primitive neuroectodermal tumor(PNET).Methods The clinical data from 27 patients with PNET were analyzed retrospectively.Among the 27 patients,19 received combined therapy,and 8 received non-combined therapy.Results All patients were followed up for 8 to 65 months.The median overall survival was 21 months(range,6 to 63 months),including 1 year survival of 77.8%,2 year survival of 48.1% and 3 year survival of 25.9%.Compared ... |
