| 摘 要： | 目的 比较颞肌外与颞肌下2种不同钛网修补额颞区颅骨缺损术的优缺点.方法 将144例颅骨缺损患者按入院时间分为2组,颞肌外组(n=69)和颞肌下组(n=75).分别采用颞肌下与颞肌外2种不同手术方式修补颅骨缺损,观察患者术后恢复及并发症发生情况.结果 144例患者中141例切口Ⅰ期愈合,无一例切口感染,颅骨塑形满意;3例术后发现部分皮缘发黑,给予间断拆线换药后愈合;颞肌外组术后颞肌萎缩、脑脊液漏、硬膜外及脑内血肿、局部脑挫伤等并发症发生率均低于颞肌下组(均P＜0.05).结论 颞肌外较颞肌下术式相比,其操作简单,术后并发症更少、更有利于患者康复. |
