大骨瓣开颅术治疗重型颅脑损伤的效果研究

目的 :探讨大骨瓣开颅术治疗重型颅脑损伤的效果。方法 :对 5 3例重型颅脑损伤患者采用大骨瓣开颅术进行治疗 ,按 GCS评分法观察手术疗效。结果 :恢复良好 18例 (37.7% ) ,中残 11例 (2 0 .8% ) ,重残 7例 (13.2 % ) ,植物样生存 3例 (5 .7% ) ,死亡 14例 (2 6 .4 % )。死亡原因 :死于继发性颅脑损伤 2例 ,原发性颅脑损伤 4例 ,严重合并伤与低血压休克 3例 ,多器官功能衰竭 (MODS) 4例 ,肺部并发症 1例。结论 :大骨瓣开颅术是治疗重型颅脑损伤的有效方法。

Study of the effect of big craniotomy with boneflap treating severe type craniocerebral injury

Objective:To study the effect of big craniotomy with boneflap treating severe type craniocerebral injury.Methods:53 cases patients with severe type craniocerebral injury were treated by big craniotomy with boneflap,and operative effect was observated by GCS mark method.Results:18 cases of recovery favorable(37.7%),11 cases of medium maim(20.8%),7 cases of heavy maim(13.2%),3 cases of like plants survivor(5.7%) and 14 cases of died(26.4%).Died causes were secondary craniocerebral injury(2 cases),primary 4 cases,serious combined injures and hypotensive shock 3 cases,multiple organs dysfailure(MODS) 4 cases,lung complication 1 case.Conclusion:Big craniotomy with boneflap is a effective method treating severe type craniocerebral injury.
