摘    要:目的观察用冷开水和灭菌水作为氧气湿化液使用过程中污染情况,规范氧气湿化液的使用。方法通过采集不同使用时间的湿化液样品进行细菌学检验,了解其污染情况。结果使用不足24 h的冷开水和无菌水检测到细菌生长阳性率分别为36.4%和37.9%,二者阳性率无统计学意义。使用24 h,冷开水细菌培养阳性率增加到44.4%,无菌水检测阳性率为30.3%。两种水中污染菌中,有60%是革兰阳性杆菌,均检出铜绿假单胞菌、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌和不动杆菌。结论冷开水和无菌水作为氧气湿化液在使用期限和质量方面均无差别,可以实际使用。但在使用过程中应加强管理。

Abstract:Objective To find out the contamination rate of the cold-boiled water and sterile water as oxygen-humidified water,and to standardize its use.Methods Bacteriological analysis was conducted for oxygen-humidified water samples of different collecting time,so as to know contamination status.Results Positive rate of the cold-boiled water and sterile water within 24 hours use is 36.4% and 37.9% respectively,and there is no statistical difference.But when the oxygen-humidified water used for 24 hours,the positive rate of the cold-boiled water increased to 44.4%,the sterile water was 30.3%.60% contamination bacteria was gram positive bacilli.Pseudomonas aeruginosa,coagulase negative Staphylococcus and acinetobacter were tested.Conclusions The cold-boiled water and sterile water as oxygen-humidified water have no difference in quality and expiration date for use.But management should be strengthened when it is used.
