2009年莱芜市城乡居民慢性病患病情况调查

[目的]掌握社区居民主要慢性非传染性疾病（慢性病）患病状况,为制定社区疾病控制策略与措施提供依据。[方法]2009年8月,对莱芜市部分35岁以上城乡居民进行调查。[结果]调查2919人,患有各种慢性病的1930例,患病率为66.12%。其中,患病率最高的前5种慢性病依次为腰部疾病（25.97%）、高血压（22.13%）、胃炎胃溃疡（18.77%）、冠心病（7.61%）、龋齿（4.73%）。慢性病患病率,男性为65.14%,女性为67.30%（P〉0.05）;35～39岁、40～44岁、45～49岁、50～54岁、55～59岁、60～64岁、65～69岁、70～74岁、75～79岁、≥80岁分别为54.52%、60.91%、59.89%、61.57%、70.88%、71.97%、74.37%、79.33%、83.97%、81.33%（P〈0.01）;文盲及小学文化者患病率为68.59%,初中及以上文化者患病率为63.48%（P〈0.01）;离婚、丧偶者为81.81%,其他为64.82%（P〈0.05）;城镇居民为69.81%,农村居民为63.43%（P〈0.01）。[结论]莱芜市城乡居民慢性病患病率较高。

Survey on Prevalence of Chronic Diseases among Urban and Rural Residents in Laiwu City,2009

[Objective] To find out the prevalence of chronic non-communicable diseases（chronic diseases）among community residents,so as to provide evidence for control strategies and measures.[Methods]In August 2009,some of the urban and rural residents over 35 years old in Laiwu city were investigated.[Results]2 919 cases were investigated and 1 930 cases suffered from various chronic diseases,with the prevalence at 66.12%.The order of prevalence of chronic diseases were lumbar disease（25.97%）,hypertension（22.13%）,gastritis and gastric ulcer（18.77%）,coronary heart disease（7.61%）,dental caries（4.73%）.The prevalence of male was 65.14%,female 67.30%（P0.05）;The prevalence of 35-39,40-44,45-49,50-54,55-59,60-64,65-69,70-74,75-79,80-,age group was 54.52%,60.91%,59.89%,61.57%,70.88%,71.97%,74.37%,79.33%,83.97%,81.33%,（P0.01）;The prevalence of people with illiterate and primary school,junior high school or above was 68.59% and 63.48%（P0.01）;The prevalence of divorced or widowed was 81.81%,the other was 64.82%（P0.05）;The prevalence of urban residents was 69.81% and rural residents was 63.43%（P0.01）.[Conclusion]The prevalence of chronic diseases among ueban and rural residents in Laiwu city is high.
