2007～2009年胶州市某医院部分住院病人医院感染情况分析

[目的]了解医院感染发生情况及其临床特点,为预防控制医院感染提供依据。[方法]对2007-2009年胶州市人民医院〈30岁和〉59岁住院患者出院病历进行分析。[结果]调查20 427份病历,发生医院感染242例,感染率为1.18%。医院感染发生率,2007-2009年分别为1.29%、1.21%、1.06%（P〉0.05）;≤19岁、20-29岁、60-69岁、≥70岁分别为0.87%、0.92%、1.31%、1.35%;ICU为2.75%,普外科为1.82%,呼吸内科为1.24%,内分泌科为1.00%,妇产科为0.80%,其他科室为0.63%。242例医院感染病例中,感染部位主要是下呼吸道、上呼吸道、胃肠道、泌尿道,分别占57.85%、14.88%、13.64%、6.20%。从感染者标本分离到218株致病菌,其中大肠埃希菌占35.32%,金黄色葡萄球菌31.19%,铜绿假单胞菌占13.30%,肺炎球菌占10.55%,克雷伯菌占6.88%,其他菌占2.76%。[结论]胶州市人民医院医院感染率较低。

Analysis on Nosocomial Infection among Inpatients at a Hospital in Jiaozhou City,2007-2009

[Objective] To know the infections and clinical characteristics of nosocomial infection（NI）,so as to provide basis for prevention and control.[Methods]Medical records of inpatients under 30 and above 59 years old,who were hospitalized in Jiaozhou People＇s Hospital,2007-2009 were analyzed.[Results]A total of 20 427 medical records were surveyed,NI rate was 1.18%,242 cases.NI rate of 2007-2009 was respectively 1.29%,1.21%,and 1.06%（P〉0.05）.NI rate of those at or under 9 years old,at 20-29 years old,at 60-69 years old,at or above 70 years old,was respectively 0.87%,0.92%,1.31%,and 1.35%.NI rate of ICU,surgery,breath medicine,department of endocrinology,department of gynaecology and obstetrics,and others was respectively 2.75%,1.82%,1.24%,1.00%,0.65%,and 0.7%.Infection position was mainly the lower respiratory tract（57.85%）,the upper respiratory tract（14.88%）,the gastrointestinal tract（13.66%）,and urinary tract（6.33%）.From the patient specimens,218 strains were isolated,escherichia colis 35.32%,staphylococcus aureus 31.19%,pseudomonas aeruginosa 13.30%,pneumococcus 10.55%,klebsiella 6.88%,and others 2.76%.[Conclusion]The infection rate is lower in the hospital.
