1例接种麻疹疫苗引起过敏性紫癜的报告

[目的]对1例接种麻疹疫苗疑似异常反应进行调查分析,为诊断异常反应,避免类似反应提供科学依据。[方法]对该例患者的既往史、疫苗及注射器使用情况、接种单位及接种人员情况进行详细的流行病学调查。[结果]此例反应为接种麻疹疫苗引起紫癜性肾炎。[结论]在实施预防接种过程中应严格掌握禁忌症,一旦出现异常反应要及时、正确处理。

Survey on a Case of Allergic Purpura Caused by Measles Vaccination

[Objective] To survey one case of measles vaccine suspected paradoxical reaction and to provide science evidence for avoiding paradoxical reaction.[Methods]A detailed epidemiological investigation was carried out for collecting data including his past medical history,vaccine inoculation,injector-using,inoculation unit and staff.[Results]The vaccine suspected paradoxical reaction case was purpura nephritis caused by measles vaccine inoculation.[Conclusion]Comprehensive grasp of contraindication when implementing preventive vaccination for prompt and correct treatment if paradoxical reaction.
